Today saw our 16 qualifiers from yesterday divided into 4 sections in order to decide the semi-finals.

From section 1, last year’s runner’s up Jim Forbes (Ruthrieston) won through.

Section 2 saw Valerie Keith (Aberdeen Deaf Bowlers) qualify.

Section 3 was Finlay McIntosh (Newhills) and section 4 winners were Myra Greig (Kittybrewster).

In the first semi, the Newhills trio of Kate McIntosh, Charlie Duguid and Finlay McIntosh defeated Jim Forbes Ruthrieston team.

The second semi, saw the Kittybrewster team of Eileen Bruce, Brenda Copland and Bob Greig defeat Valerie Keith’s Aberdeen Deaf Bowlers.

In the final, Kittybrewster emerged victorious.
